So i saw this ad on fb for a manga that looked interesting but it didn't show a name. My page has since refreshed and I can't find it. I don't have many details but what I saw from the few pages it showed me was -

A woman with black hair in a low ponytail and glasses in a skirt suit and goes home on the train, she doesn't like discussing personal life with her coworkers and is often asked when is she going to settle down, does she have a partner etc... she comes home to her boyfriend named makoto (she says he works for a publishing house) that waited for her to cook dinner. She is snippy with him and yells at him for his suggestion to spend time together and to cook pad Thai together that she cant take time off as she doesn't want to look like a newbie at work as she wants a promotion to have money before she can get married. He's quite before smiling and saying okay. The next day she comes home to a quiet house and finds his room bare as he has left her.

It's a harlequin story where the FL I think was working as a babysitter and I think the ML was a doctor or related to a hospital.
A particular part I remember is when the FL leaves in her car and when the ML realises she's left goes after her to happen on her car crashed with her knocked out and I remember a baby being in the back (completely fine) but the FL had hit here head hard on the steering wheel. I cant remember which harlequin it is and I've read so many it's taking forever to try and find it so hopefully it anyone knows

I cant remember most of the story but I remember that towards the end the FL ends up in hospital and her dad (who's wanted by police) sneaks in to see her to get money. I believe he blackmailed her and is caught by police trying to escape

Can anyone recommend something sad but with a happy ending? Maybe something with a misunderstanding :)
