I can already feel the hate but Imma say my opinion anyway. I think a lot of people are missing the fact that the idea/foundation of the story is the misunderstanding itself. You want them to clear up the issue the next chapter? Might as well change the title and synopsis. I mean ya'll saying he was stupid for running away but these kind of things do happen. Your mind goes blank and you dont even know how you got back home. This is especially true for people in a long relationship who misunderstood such "betrayal". Andddd people tend to make harsh and stupid decisions when in the grip of such strong emotions. So his reaction? Yes, it's possible.

(idk if ur asking for his last name, it’s suzuki) but maybe it’s just cuz kalego has been keeping a special eye on him considering he’s the chairman’s “grandson” and has had personal experiences with him. but now that i think about it i can’t remember the last time anyone has called him suzuki-san or sumn, it’s always “iruma”, you bring up a valid point !
It would've been odd if everyone would call him by grandpa's last name. Also, since the beginning he was also so outgoing and the friendly manner grandpa showed him; made everyone know a "last name" wasn't needed.
