Sometime when im trying to open new tab for mangago it open instagram? Or like open the app. Is there anyone that have the same problem or is it my phone?

Sleep with a face mask

I sometimes sleep with a face mask or medical mask on especially when i have flu or block nose coz i have to breathe with my mouth and if i dint wear it my mouth and throat would be super dry in the morning. Is it weird? Has anyone else done it? Is it a bad thing?
