i don't hate the dad but it's crazy how he took advantage of euihyun's situation time and time again. And in a way he is responsible for leaving his baby with a highly abusive man in a barely holding household and then coming back without even gauging the situation properly and taking euiyoung away. if we go back to chapter one, in a situation where taeju is not involved or doesn't make it in time, euihyun in a moment of despair would've drowned with euiyoung. idk. I'm not really supportive of parents who leave their children behind despite knowing they're not safe. without euihyun there, who knows what their father would've done to euiyoung, and despite knowing that the dad just chose to ignore all that and leave, so what taeju said to him a lot of sense to me. he took advantage of euihyun's goodwill by making him responsible for a baby when he was barely an adult, and he took advantage of him again now when he cornered euihyun knowing that despite his own feelings he'd always put euiyoung first. that's kinda fucked up lol
