I know that he's lacking in some areas, but he's trying. Just because he's not born to be as brilliant and talented as his sister doesn't mean that he isn't suited for the company.
The way I see it, he truly is capable to do the job, with Juha by his side. Crushing people's confidence without knowing them fully is a huge red flag for me.
