It's more than clear now that Sangwoo doesn't love Bum, but his mom and misses having sex with women(as to why he watched porn in the chap).
Bum thinks Woo loves him because of the things Sangwoo did in the last few chapters for Bum.
This, and also Bum has always done something like this whenever Sangwoo was "upset" (and we all know it doesn't end well when Sangwoo gets upset) to calm him down and it usually works. He confessed his love to Sangwoo when he tried to kill him the first time, then Bum tried to seduce Sangwoo after the the rat poison thing, he called his name and was obedient when Sangwoo tried to kill him again (and Sangwoo masturbated to it).
