Just like to share prolly most of you already know it but the 3rd pairing for Fargo’s previous work also has Hyesung and Park Dojin in the “If You Hate Me So” universe(not omegaverse). The characters have the same name, similar situation—the uke was originally a “top” but becomes a bottom in denial. Lol. The seme also named Park Dojin plays the guitar and falls in love with Hyesung. They look exactly the same too. XD
The author is really investing years of her life in this pairing x’D

Yeah the author made a spin off of these two characters cuz they had a good story idea for hyesung and dojin. They liked how hyesung ran and avoid problems from "if you hate me so" and also how dojin is persistent and caring to hyesung. And if u read that manhwa you'll also feel good connection to these two. So there you go, "love is an illusion" started. The author said it after season 1 in this manhwa.. I think?? Hahaha

People getting annoyed at her obviously have no clue what abuse and trauma at a young age does to a person’s self esteem, character, and thinking. I was actually surprised that she still turned out as a kind person despite her violent upbringing. I get it we don’t like weak characters, but come on it was clearly shown in the beginning what caused her to think and act like that. If Maxi had a wonderful upbringing but still acts like this I would understand the hate, but she didn’t. So I think we should just wait for the character development.
it’s also realistic if u think about it. a lot of the time trauma takes years to overcome and it’s stubborn effect on the mindset is hard to get rid of. she’s been thru years of abuse that’s not only been drilled into her body but her mind too. it’s not right to expect her to just overcome her disability overnight

I had a growing suspicion about their grandfathers’ “dispute” and relationship ever since Kuma mentioned that Gensuke’s grandfather didn’t disclose any details regarding their argument... then it grew even more when Sou-chan’s cousin mentioned their grandfather knowing about the relationship yet hasn’t done anything. And now, ch39 just confirmed everything i was fearing and now ch40 just hurts. It frigging hurts. They were so perfect for each other it friggin hurts. I was a simp for Gensuke’s grandfather ohmayghad nuuuuuu.
