I know we all hate the Duke for those 10yrs he put Niveah(lol Neveah) thru, but everytime i’d see his eyes full of regret and the twisted mindset he had when he was young... i’m ngl i was wavering like the waves in a beach. But ofcourse i cant also over look the fact that he only started noticing Neveah after he had lost her. So he can continue being jealous for all those years he put her in pain. However, it still hurts bcuz Neveah truly wanted to love and be loved by the Duke but yeah, again, all those years of constant humiliation and pain she endured will change even the most gentle of hearts. It’s not an exaggeration when someone who used to love flowers now feels indifferent towards them because of trauma. I don’t want Neveah to end up with the Duke (tho i did thought of it just once when i saw his dead fish eyes lol), i just want them to have closure and just like what Neveah wanted... even if someone... just ONE person had apologized to her, i think it would lift the pain and trauma in her heart and she wouldn’t have resorted in revenge. It really hurts because i want to read more... also the memes and the group discussion at the end really lightens my mood.

Ngl, after Touma confessed and Taichi was like “I love you” to Futaba. My fujoshi heart was already sinking. (I also checked the tagging—no shounen-ai tag which made me even more disappointed because for me it meant the ending isn’t favorable for my fujoshi heart). When Touma cried, my heart ached even more. Then they went to the beach, at this point my Fujoshi heart was already waving a white flag in surrender. Oh yeah and i despised the two of them at that time because the feels that i have for Touma. But then like a phoenix rising from its ashes, i saw the “2yrs later...” text which contains spoilers so im not saying it. But yeah, by the time I finished the manga and saw the last panel, I was seriously rolling around our beds and running around the room for a good 5minute before I calmed down and did more rolling and running for another 5 minutes. I couldn't even remember how many times I looked at the panel, turned off my screen, and opened it to look at the panel again because I didn’t expect it at all.
Soooo i just realized this when I reread ch54, the reason why I thought it was Taichi in the first place was because he wrote down on the wedding guest list “Ichinose” and then when I saw that ring on Taichi’s finger and him telling Touma “let’s go home” i’m like beeeetch they got married! And Touma took Taichi’s last name!!! Yaaaaaaaaassss. My funoshi heart is healed. But i still want Touma to top LOL

I hoarded on chapters because I dislike cliffhangers. I stopped at the end of season1. I cant say how disappointed I was when 3-4 chapters were about a different pair that i could hardly care about. Tbh, Im only interested in Wolfram’s relationships and the people closest to him.
Whew. Just from the title and cover photo i know this’ll be painful. I dont know why i like to torture myself. The pain is such a welcomed feeling for me.
