Is anyone else finding it hard to get used to the way of speech? It reminds me of classical poetry, having hidden and or multiple meanings.

I do...but i still find it refreshing...it would be more exhausting to read 10 ch one after another instead of just reading one every week

Yea that’s understandable. I just started reading it, so I read all the chapters that are out now in one sitting, which is probably a lot harder than reading one chapter once a week. Especially if you’re reading other mangas too.
Has one of the more realistic first time scenes; showing how painful and awkward it can be.

I feel like they’re really out of sync in real life. When they show themselves together in their dreams they have great chemistry and seem to already know each other well. But, now that it’s happening in real life they don’t know how to act around each other, making it extremely awkward. This is probably due to how their relationship started off; as friendship. Hopefully, as the plot progresses and they get a better understanding of their romantic feelings towards each other that will get better.
I also noticed the strange gap between the judo match scene and the smut scene. It feels like a whole chapter is missing. Like where is the communication part?
What’s with Asians having so much hate towards each other? They can’t even stand a made up narrative that happens to be set in another country? I feel so bad for the author, to be treated so poorly for such a ridiculous thing.

They're not allowed to put explicit sex in their novels/manhwa's but they can still do sexual things, and have sexual themes.
Then maybe. I just find it weird. They should just label it as Yaoi then. Because Yaoi can still be Yaoi without the smut label. Not all Yaoi has explicit sex scenes. That’s why it’s weird Shounen Ai is even a label.
I think readers are getting used to seeing characters being abused, raped, mistreated, etc and don’t know what to think anymore when they see normal. These characters are realistic. Their actions, emotions, thoughts, etc are understandable and are within a certain degree. They aren’t over exaggerated to create drama, or suspense, or to even be surprising. This is a realistic story with realistic characters. So, if you’re finding it boring, that’s why. Maybe try something else. I for one, found it to be refreshing and unique. You don’t see a lot of male leads communicate right away when they notice something amiss, especially in boy love stories. I wish we could see more like this.

I know right? I just don’t understand it either, but after reading all the comments I found it to be a very true opinion. I just couldn’t believe it. That’s why I felt the need to explain my own experience.
