Actually, the Omega already shows that he cares, but just shows it roughly because he's not as submissive and meek as a regular Omega.

And I bet that soon, the Alpha puppy will become very manly and intimidating when he needs to protect the Omega, and he'll have a much stronger scent of pheromones than regular Alphas as well.
