Yeah, just saw this in top 10 list after all these years. I never really fully read it, though I know all the important plot points. Not even sure if I found this through social media or just found it on my own when it started. I didn't read it whole since it grossed me out lol, reached the part he was harassed by the uncle. Reached the part the blonde guy's mom was being disgusting too. Then saw the ending. Then proceeded to never read dark manhwas again.
What a weird first yaoi manhwa to experience tbh. It was the first of Korean yaoi comics to surface during that time. Funny how it being so fcked up got it the insane amount of attention it did. It's become a hallmark of some sort for Korean media that hit the internet. Now a good large amount of yaoi and other manhwas are popularly from Korea, when back in my days the source for yaoi was mainly Japanese and occasionally Chinese. Manga sites used to mostly just be, well mangas (which is why the genre labels here are still all mostly from Japanese origin: yaoi, yuri, shounen, shoujo, josei). Now we've got mangas, manhwas, and manhuas all here. Times have certainly changed since then.

So tired, all I wanted since the beginning of this manhwa was for Woojae to see FL was actually a missed opportunity for him lol. Idk if that's shallow or selfish, but just for the sake of fiction, I would've just wanted him to regret not considering FL who was in love with him all those years, not to mention the fact she was also within his age group (again not applying this to real life situations, just trying to satisfy my fictional expectations for a romance revenge manhwa. I want Woojae to see FL and ML flourish together, then make him wonder what could've been if he looked at FL instead lol).

SAMEE. I really thought he fell in love with her after how he witnessed FL defended Heewon with his mom. But sadly he has a mommy issues and Heewon's mom took advantage of it and groomed him. Imagine saying to a minor she wished her husband is just like him. Disgusting. That's why from the very beginning, I can't stand reading their screentime together.
I still don't see a single redeeming quality from her two older brothers. Idc about the excuses they're giving those characters. The blonde one was too dumb that's why he can't see how horrible he is? And the eldest one was traumatized as a kid that's why he's a shameless social climber?
They were sh*t to the MC and they were sh*t to their own mother. "Hey mom, stop being overdramatic about dad cheating on you for years and abandoning you. Just forgive him already. I have absolutely no love or sympathy for you."
