The side character is have relationship with toxic seme character that make him rollers coaster emotions.. on page show "he call the uke to try wedding suit so his fiance can wear it in wedding... After that the uke go to bathroom and see hallucinations about his family that bully him ...when seme find out and check him to hospital his Ben diagnosis with schizophrenia... And seme call his fiance to stop the act as lover and they call off the wedding that been stage so he can torture the uke ... Uke treatment on going need use a headphones tho block sound that his always hear but piece of crap seme take it off and make the uke Stab his pun ear so he can't hear any sound " any one familiar with story?
