update. i reread the whole thing and i have come to 2 conclusions:

1. the fan translation is more angsty and toxic, mokyeon actually sounds like an asshole. the officials give him a more romanticized feel

2. the official translation makes it really clear abt nanjo's feelings. deadass convinced he knows all of sunhwa's bullshit, i think he did realise what the twink's real deal is after spending time w mokyeon and the stuff he tells nanjo abt the messed up twink but he's too much of a gentleman to treat him in any other way he always has. still it's obvious from the way he gives sunhwa a lot of excuses while agrees for a fuck session/meetup w mokyeon anytime he asks lol. nanjo def likes mokyeon guys.

P.S: acc to my analysis, i'm somewhat sure that mokyeon is an infp, nanjo is an istj and scumbag twink is an esfp
