hello people. im also very confused like the majority of you are, but to clear some things up from my perspective:
i believe after getting hit by the heavenly palace master and basically half dying, the mc went through a time loop of some sort which allowed him to see the past memories of the body's original owner, while the owner of the body viewed from a 3rd perspective the events the mc experienced. it seems there was a swap of mc, and now the actual young master of the demonic cult is the one acting in that role, while the previous mc has become the "heavenly demon" (the purple flame guy).
Honestly, I don't think so. It seems like the plot is progressing from where they left off. I remember there was a scene a few chapters back with the current mc saying he understands but won't follow the prev. mc's way of doing things. The revived heavenly zombie friend of the prev. mc was still with him, something the current mc wouldn't have done with his personality. I'm confused with how and why the general strategist character suddenly appears and gets killed though.
I jumped from chapter 100 to see the latest chapters. Since im still in the clearer mind, i feel like this is another systematic parallel paradox happening at the same time. The past, the present and the future happening all at the same time to make it simple. ( bear in mind, these are all my assumptions )
Yang Jagak is in the future and the present whilst Ma Chunso is in the past whilst being able to see Yang Jagak in the future. It'll all soon make sense and despite Chunso's wishes of wanting to not meet the same fate, the fate denies and he shall somehow die of qi deviation like he did in what we saw in chapter 1 and the storyline repeats due to the paradox in time. At least, thats what I could strongly predict how to explain the sudden confusion via unlimited omniscient. Didn't exactly read any novel chapters so could be wrong at some part but generally, this explains all.
whys the hamster in the BEDROOM of all things. don't get me wrong, i love hammies, but that's a disruption to study, sleep, and sex. it's not the stare, its the damn wheel with the perpetual chunking and whishing sound
