I got so many Hunter x Hunter, and Sword art Online vibes, also WoW (World of Warcraft). I think the author took influence from both f the Manga's, and the videogame.
1.) Sword Art Online. This reminds me of sword art online due to the fact he had to raise up 100 levels in order to beat the Demon King. In SAO Kirito, and Asuna had to go up 100 levels too.
2.) Hunter x Hunter. Because of the ants. And when the MC destroyed the very powerful ant that reminded me of Gon killing Neferupitou.
3.) World of Warcraft. It reminds me of WoW because the achievements, notifications, weapons, and inventory. Not to mention the Raids. The monsters from the raids look like something from WoW as well. The Demon King, also reminds me of the Lich King.
So i think the author took a lot of inspiration from all three of these titles above.
Sorry i haven't read the manga, nor seen the anime.
I think there are similarities with Rising of the Shield Hero too too(⌒▽⌒)
