Everyone in this is so harsh on the seme when his only sin is being a bit oblivious. He’s not a bad guy. How the hell could he have been expected to do and say what other’s wanted when nobody ever genuinely communicated with him or told him their true feelings? Even his wife. Everyone was always passive aggressive with him and just expected him to “understand” or “figure out” what they want from him. They all got frustrated or gave up and ran away to someone else without ever telling him what he did. But somehow he’s the “jerk” all the time? Hardly. Felt bad for him, pretty much every other character had their own issues and he was stuck taking all the blame and making apologies just to make them feel better about themselves. A very frustrating read. Only made it to chapter 40, so hopefully the conclusion was somewhat decent. Who knows…
