When MC comes back his partner basically says he can't deal with him and has a new relationship, and MC is heartbroken. However MC gets better, and there's a different ML of course MC's old partner ends up regretting hard, including drunken cry sessions and begging forgiveness.
More on the sad side, but still satisfies for me!
