Yoon is half vampire, so it isn't necessary for him to drink blood. that's why he 'eats' essence from sex instead. in the panel, Jooyoung said that it has been difficult for Yoon to drink blood since he was a child, so that explains it. however, he needs to drink the blood of particular pure-blood vampire and finding that vampire is kinda difficult

Oml....never have I been so happy that the ml didn’t go into a coma or something after the accident and have a random memory loss and the other girl(who’s name I fail to remember) tries to rewrite herself in his memory and yatta yatta yatta... Seriously tho, T^T idk what I would do if he did have memory loss....probably throw my phone across the room but ya....I’m happy.....
