Please don't say he's searching for her.
Please say she's not the "first love" he's searching for...
Please bffr...
I went back to Ch 4, and I would like to think the reason he put his sword away when he saw her was because he "finally found her". This look could almost be a shock of recognition, and not just 'menacing glare'. https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/the_armored_prince_s_awkward_love/uu/to_chapter-4/pg-13/
Prob not, But this is me just trying to not be majorly disappointed by such a shitty trope taking over what is otherwise a pretty interesting story.

The storytelling and panels are awkward. It's very jumpy and doesn't flow. Idk if a translation issue, but it feels like someone's very first attempt at making a comic.
I agree with the other comments about the stiffness of the characters and the repetitiveness of the dialogue, especially the back and forth between the MC and the Sytem messages. It's a headache. I read up to Ch 7, and I can't continue. It's an interesting premise, but the execution isn't polished.

I think this would make a great drama, even if they switch it to being a Jidaigeki and not European-esque. Its nothing groundbreaking, so I feel it's way more than doable for a drama plot. I think it'd do better on screen than it does on paper (ignoring the fact I'm reading it on a screen and not an actual paperback comic. Y'all know what I mean). Acting it out can add so much more depth and emotion. I'd eat this shit up, and I know a lot of others would too. We love palace dramas lol

Groo's name is 그루 translated to Geuru. She isn't named after Despicable Me's Gru like how it reminds a lot of people of.
Looking up the word Geuru, it's a way to count trees or shrubs. Han Geuru means "raising a single tree or crop". So she made her online ID: IAMGROO123, like the famous "I am Groot" from Guardians of the Galaxy. So she's more of baby Groot than a minion lol.

If anyone actually knows Korean language, feel free to correct me. I just googled it.
If the story was working it's way to being a solid 8... This trope takes it down to a 5...
