yup! maybe bc i was biased from the start, but the manga is the def the superior version. the series ruined a few things imo, but they have lots of positive aspects as well dont get me wrong.

yes i completely aggree, soft female leads get on my nerves...i dont think that their mindset is healthy. its the common plot where the helpless being will be saved by the knight in shining armor and experience her one true love. hellooo, reality check? if this was depicted in real life it would be a disorder seriously..u cant w8 for others to save u u need to save urself ╮(￣▽￣)╭ i also liked shadow queen and villainess hourglass cause as u said they tried to fight at least..

hehe 3:) if u havent already, u can read "lady evony". the female protagonist is weak at first due to her trauma but after encountering with the male lead she gets gradually transformed... that kind of story is more to my liking since the protagonist had obviously suffered so its normal to be considerably "weak"but then she regains her power and she actually tries to be in equal standing with the ml...i believe that this is more realistic than ur common "oh im weak i need to be protected" bullshit..
