its only a hypothesis but i believe that the black haired dude is schizophrenic (due to childhood trauma) and the blonde is manipulating him by saying that all these shit are real in order to have him relying solely on him. the black haired dude repressed his memories in order to deal with the fact that he killed his friends' parents or smth. the blonde is sticking to the black haired dude's illusion in order to avoid the guilt and have the black haired dude by his side; he is prolly obsessed with him cause the black haired dude was the only person who helped him when he was abused by his parents and he prolly feels that the black haired dude will abandom him. in order to prevent this, he tries to make the black haired dude cut ties with all the people (im not saying that the people in black haired dude's life are healthy) in his life and stay in an illusion where the blonde is his only "salvation". considering the fact that the black haired dude also has abandonment issues they make the perfect pair:')
idk if im right but after all these chapters i dont think that the theme is paranormal (correct me if im wrong) and its highly unlikely two people having the same illusions. the black haired dude is hallucinating in general but this does not seem to be the case for the blonde.
okay so basically the mc is like the villain in other stories, the second main female character is like the usual heroine (goodie 2 shoes, naive at times and well, annoying:')) and the emperor is the usual asshole who gets the girl just because he is the ml....despite all this, everytime i see how the emperor treats the mc im about to start crying >.< the toxiticity of the relationship is on another level; this is not even love, its obsession. they are obsessed with each other and they cant even admit it... but oh well the plot is interesting:')

this started off as a romantic comedy so i didnt mind that it didnt make much sense (i mean seriously, who ends up living and having sex with someone in order for his secret not to be revealed?there are other ways to do that), but now that it has taken a more serious turn i am bothered by the plot holes. im okay with the seme taking over the company or whatever since that was the motive of the whole group but why did he have to get involved with the uke and lie about everything? who exactly seeks revenge for "leaving without saying goodbye"? (and we are talking about a high school romance+ several years ago). moreover, i get that this isnt seme's fault but why is everyone expecting for the uke to say "okay ill stay and play happy family" (well the uke actually does that)? its not about the seme and the uke anymore. the uke needs to stand on his feet, he is relying 2 much on others. first he was relying on his friend/secreteraty and now on the seme (and dont even bring the iq theme, everyone is treating him like a victim so he ends up believing it).
and whats with the convos? can anyone properly talk to anyone? all could have resolved much sooner if they were talking to each other...
i agree, im like what does revenge give you, yeah it may give u happiness for a little while but at the end u end up hurting they other person.

You've put together all my issues with this plot perfectly. Uke is like a mindless doll and doesn't actually contribute much to the plot.
AT FIRST i was pissed because of how stupid and goodie two shoes she was
THEN i was pissed because she wasnt revealing the truth even though she had all the proof
NOW im still pissed about the second and additionally, i am pissed because i cant pick a love interest.
there is so much drama that i was even thanking the author for not giving the mc an amnesia after getting hit by the tube(or smth) and get us to point 1.
ALSO can her sister die or smth? make it look like an accident, we have enough trouble to deal with.

if there was a phrase describing the mc that would be "we always want what we cant have". as long as he was with the brown haired dude he wanted the black haired dude now that he can have the black haired dude he wants the brown haired dude -.-
i'll be honest here, i still prefer the black haired dude but i dont think that he is what the mc needs. the mc wants to feel protected and he wants a person that would do anything for him...the black haired dude is 2 carefree to provide that. on the other hand, the brown haired dude would just ruin everything for his sake... and the thing is that they both want him so much that it feels more like they feel the need to possess him than actual love. the mc is more like "i want Revenge and if i could find a person who would offer me that then lets stay with him"
in short, WHAT A MESS :')
but i still like the black haired one. His been warning him non stop. Its just his too stubborn. And i agree he's carefree, but its when he was a teenager.
