I don't like the prince at all but I don't disagree with him regarding the childhood promise. It was a promise made between kids, and the maid girl should have let it go (or at least expected that even if it meant the world to her, it wouldn't necessarily be mutual). How old are you?
36, lol. Grew up on FF.net and Livejournal before AO3 was launched in 2008-ish (much like gmail, AO3 used to be invitation-only back then). Illegal manga/manhwa sites were SO hard to find and they tended to be either "everything is hosted here no matter what it is" or "only a specific kind of shoujo mangas are hosted here and fuck you for even ask......
