unfortunately there is a bit to come before she really gets her happiness. Caesare will play a huge part in this last arc. After that he will kidnap ruby and will almost kill her by pushing against many mirrors where she gets cut up. She will need urgent medical help that why cesare will escape. But izek will find him later on he will fly on the dragon towards him while he tries to flee the land and yeah they will fight and izek will win so he kills him brutally. And enzo, rubys other kind brother, will get poisoned by the queen while visiting ruby, she will be very heartbroken. Btw the pope also dies, cesare killed him. So yeah rubys whole family dies but only enzos death takes a big troll on ruby
