From what I remember.... The "chairwoman" is Jian's mom and Jitae's aunt. She stabbed Jitae's mom. Jitae's secretary, Ms Yoon, is the person who finished his mom off and made it look like suicide. Everyone in Jitae's house works for her. Go Hajoon is another person she hired to keep an eye on Jitae since childhood.
The thing is, she's dumb. She doesn't know that Jitae knows all of this and has always known. He's stayed quiet because it was easier to let her think she was doing something. That's why Jian asked her, if she was really successful manipulating everything, why is she still only "acting chairperson?" It will be interesting to see what happens during this board meeting.
