Just because a major conflict has ended, does not mean the end of the series. Note one is that Izuku still has embers left. And without All for One, he shouldn't be running out anytime soon. Like all might still have a lot of power left, and only burned out as fast as he did due to Kamino. So if used strategically the embers should last a while. Additionally, any major series being run in SHonen Jump gets a two to three-week warning period before it finally ends. which we have yet to get. So I'm thinking we might just get through highschool with the gang before it officially ends.

I usually hate misunderstandings in a relationship but it makes sense here that due to her growing up on the battlefield, she wouldn't have had any time to learn how to grow emotionally. I say she has the emotional capacity of a teenager at this point, confused about her feelings and all. Princey poo on the other hand has grown under constant threat of political bullshit, he had to suspect everyone all the time. confiding in someone would be a rare and (dangerous) thing to do. So he has become someone who speculates and assumes rather than actively works things out. Plus his emotional capacity is about that of a teenager as well. they recognize kinship in each other but can't put that feeling of understanding and growing affection into words. Others in the situation probably could, but our MC's are emotionally stunted. This comic feels more in tune with this aspect of the characters.
yes, this, like misunderstandings are terrible and often annoying but this is one of the few times where it makes sense for it happening.

In her fathers family white hair = successor. Her mother dyed her hair brown because she didn't want the father to know an iligitimate daughter was the next head... cause he would kill her. The son has red /pale hair, so the father thought it skipped a generaton.
The maid was forced to dye her hair because it was grayish.. and she would be mistaken for a member of the family if undyed, this would insult the family legasy.
