I totally believe Doha is not a npc rather someone who has a quest and full emory. Bada prolly knew something before his tape had a reset, prolly about Doha. Everything will clear up once the past Bada friend tells us something. Because I TOTALLY BELIEVE NONE OF THEM ARE NPC
