webtoon is pretty much following the novel with only one deviation, main antagonist in the webtoon is hanil (glasses dude and ml's older brother) but in the novel the actual mastermind who collaborates with hyunjae (mc's ex) is hanil's wife !! honestly the webtoon making hanil the one doing all the dirty work is more interesting since the goals are the same just the wife wants to achieve vs older bro pushing for it. fun read tho !!
