gangnam is a city with lots of places to get plastic surgery so there is a lot of women who get surgery there so if someone say you are a gangnam beauty they are saying you look plastic

There's a lot of plastic surgery advertisment in Gangnam and they all show the "ideal looking face" from korean standards like double eyelids, those puffy thing under the eyes, a higher nose bridge and that v-shape kind of face.
That's why many korean (mostly girls) end up looking the same after those surgeries because they want to have the "ideal face"
And it seems like Mirae has that typical Gangnambeauty like face

Usually children have those but they gradually disappear when you grow older x:
They have the purpose to make the face appear more youthful-looking and that's why Koreans try to tape/draw them or getting surgery to achieve those
