I just about died at the end. Clumsily trying to have sex for the first time, doing the prep and having cute dialogue throughout and they can't truly go at it because dude, size difference and the booty hole can't take it. Appreciate the attention to detail and not just saying yeah he can plow him first try.
When the relationship you're ending with has made people hate your characters, there's an issue.
Manipulation where? Y'all swear Taku is up to something. Story is almost over and he still hasn't done anything bad to Haesoo. Meanwhile we got a whole history of Joowon being a shitty "lover" but that's the relationship to end on? That's why people don't like Haesoo anymore. You'd think he's growing out of it and then he starts waffling again about going back? The shit is boring. If a friend went through this same thing and told me out of nowhere they were going back. I'd say do you but don't come to me for advice anymore. This is a dumb decision and you need to figure this out AGAIN just by yourself this time.
But please, give another snarky comment. It was very thoughtful.
Bro we've SEEN what Taku is 'up to'. He has a history of using people and discarding them when he's bored of them, and he admits that was his original intention w Haesoo. His little "obsession" with Haesoo causes him to intentionally stir shit up with Haesoo and Joowon repeatedly. He literally begs and pressures Haesoo to go out with him even though he KNOWS Haesoo is not ready. If you can't see how manipulative he is, ngl I'm worried for you.
Joowon matures and tries to grow up, change his actions so that he doesn't upset Haesoo again. Taku intentionally upsets Haesoo because he thinks it's interesting.
Your refusal to see Taku's shady and shallow feelings and refusal to acknowledge Joowon's maturation and character arc makes YOU think it is boring, and that's your opinion. valid, fair, you can think what you want. but you literally posted it to.... a public forum.. where other people are allowed to and encouraged to respond...... what were you expecting? full and unanimous support?
But please, go ahead and continue to express opinions on a discussion board and then get upset when people respond to it. It's very thoughtful.
Lady hasn't said shit about being against same sex relationships, she just didn't want her son and step son to be together because.. fucking obviously. Am I supposed to see her as a bad person cause it's not working.
so we’re just gonna ignore the part where she threatened to stop loving her own son...or the part where she made him feel so guilty at such a young & vulnerable age it psychology affected him for years...
she obviously hasn’t had unconditional love for him like a real parent should. doesn’t matter if she “hasn’t said shit against same sex relationships.”
sorry for being a haesoo simp but he’s an adult and i just hate how much control she still has over life. i think it’s a pent up anger he has and it’s justified.
I'm glad you know you're simping for Haesoo because you're putting your own feelings into a scenario that isn't being illustrated.
We're introduced to Haesoo and his mom's relationship when he's a teenager. The most anger we ever see from her (outside of the pseudo incest) is when he's on his phone at the dinner table when she's meeting with her future husband and his son. Other than that, she's been the typical mother architype.
And where did she ever say she'd stop loving her son? Is that something a mother would say when she's the one that's been trying to communicate with him this whole time? All the while, he's been giving her the cold shoulder and putting his own feelings as truth and shutting her out. Shit, she's better than me.
Yeah, Haesoo is an adult and should understand that as an adult you have to communicate.
since u need quotes and clearly skimmed through chapter 82, she said: “I want to keep loving you. So please, help me do that.” The word “want” implies there’s a chance she won’t, and asking Haesoo to do as she asks puts conditions on her love. I never said she stopped loving her son completely, but she made it very clear that she would under the right conditions.
I was going to ask if you were one of those people that still considered Joowon toxic even as of recently, but I saved time & read through your past replies instead and well, I guess I’m not surprised by the double standard.
If by your definition Joowon is toxic then haesoo’s mother certainly is too. If you’re trying to argue that haesoo’s mother can repair their relationship via proper communication, then that’s also a viable option for Joowon.
Just saying you’re heavily contradicting yourself here in what you will claim is toxic and what is not.
I'm saying Haesoo is toxic as fuck too. And man, if you consider that threatening to not loving her son, you're soft. The woman finds her two sons fucking, she's doesn't tell the dad and begs her son to stop what's going on and she's the toxic person? She's reacting very normally to the circumstances but in the world of BL, thats toxic?
And yes, Joowon is toxic as hell too and he still hasn't changed. We just haven't seen him interact with Haesoo and just the appearance break has people thinking otherwise. It's the same thing celebrities do, take a media break and all of a sudden they've changed, they get jobs, their image in repaired...until they do the same shit.
And "clearly skimmed through". Sorry I'm also not a complete simp for the story to go back and look for quotes but I've stuck around this whole time hoping for progress by reading the damn chapters. Nice assumption you made there, just like your assumption that it's his mother that made a negative impact on his youth and not Joowon.
Been following this forever and I'm just now noticing.
yeah I've been noticing in the past couple of chapters too, I think it's only Hiiragi?
