Well that's very controversial indeed. But as long as you know that these are 2d characters it's fine. I can't defend everyone fully sadly as some people do not know the line between fictional character and reality. I don't think it's weird to read their romance or sex even but if you visualise reallife people with the scene it gets icky there.

Well… for me, I used to read only Shounen Ai before, so I kind of understand why some people are pissed (but now I read Yaoi/Smut a lot because I’ve already read all the good Shounen Ai until I don’t know what to read anymore lol)

Binge read today. I can't believe this was written in 60's. This is a masterpiece. I love Folklore type of mystery. Glad I found this. Honestly I came after seeing one clip of the anime. But they look very different and the plot seems to have changed a lot there too. I guess I am one of those who prefer og content to Revamped version (⌒▽⌒)
