In every yaoi manga I've read where they're sexually abused by the (step)father, the mother always blames the kid. "Don't come onto my man!" Uhm...I can't help but wonder if it happens in real life. If it were me, I would've killed/badly injure the man hurting my son. What's your opinion?

Yes, it happens in real life too. For some women the reality of their husband being the one at fault is too terrible to bear, so they stay in denial about it and put the blame on the kid instead. Or, if the husband is a violent/abusive person in general, the wife may be too worried about her safety/the family's safety to confront the husband, get the police involved, etc. and decides it's better to ignore the problem. I would want to hurt anyone who'd hurt my son in such a way too but in some situations it's just too risky. There are some really crazy abusive husbands out there.

Or is the feeling you get from friends in Yaoi manga more genuine than the feeling you get from Shoujo manga? I mean in yaoi they'll try to understand what you're going through and give you advice the best they can, while in shoujo, even when the girl's down and not herself the friends seldom notice and support her. Lol yeah in a lot of them this is the case...I've found a few that are more genuine friendships v.b. rose the friendships are more real, and koi dano ai dano. But then the friendships in those are maybe too close lol

Well it does make a difference as far as whether it's good shoujo or not so good, the good ones tend to have better friendships...a lot of shoujo mangas the best friend always seems to make a play for the guy in this big betrayal, or they start as enemies...although that always seems to work so...
