Could you fall in love with someone whose was/still in love with their loved one who has died. Why or why not? Do you think it makes you a bad person if you couldn't

*For me I don't really know my answer. Firstly because I never been in love. But just from a outside point of view, I feel like it would lead to arguments or just lead to uncertainty. Makes you wonder if your partner thinks about you or the other person more?

The loyalty they show would probably part of what causes a person to fall. And you have little control ove who you fall for...so yes absolutely...logic has little to do with who you love...

Unless you are an extremely understanding person, it would be a very painful love though. Actually even being understanding, you would be in pain. You would just be able to handle it and hide it better.

Nobody can compete, my boyfriend died in a car accident 10 years ago and i can't forget him and all the pain i feel it, so now i'm kinda scared of compromise.

You're English is fine. I'm sorry to hear that. I do hope that one day the pain you feel can heal and if you're not ready/scared to compromise that's okay. It should never be forced.

I don't think you can choose who you fall in love. But you can choose what to do with your feelings. And for me, I would run away as far and as fast as I can. I'm not good with people. And I expect the same kind of loyalty I give them. And the problem with dead people is that they stay perfect memories. And you can't compete with that. So to enter a relationship and always second-guess my partner and feel insecure? No thanks. I'd probably end up hating him and myself.
