So her step parents were trash to her. The step dad was just this greedy jerk who only viewed her as a tool and the step mother was a product of abuse and a shitty environment. Her step sis grew up being spoiled and around gossipy maids which ultimately it warped her into this selfish twat.
Cue in loverboy, which... why does he hate love again? Granted the king took him away from his parents, which im guessing ultimately killed his mom due to depression.
and this guy gives me serial killer vibes.. and asking for their first born like some weirdo... which makes sense, if you want to keep them in check, you have their child's life in your hands, you basically own them...
overall I like this story, I cant wait to see how everyone gets their karma/justice.
would like to see some fluff but it's so much more satisfying when the main leads have had a chance to properly love eachother before confessing,so I like the pace
