That's not true tho. Uke sucked his dick because he lost the bet. They also had sex because they made a bet again where uke himself said to the seme that if he loses then seme can sex with him. There was blood involved is because the seme put it in without preparing him. He did that is because the uke lied that it's not his first time doing it and provoked by that the seme didn't hold back. In the end of the story they admit that they've liked each other for a long time and then they have sex again. There's no actual rape in this story.
