nono you're right i remember they said she was poisoned in the beginning. but i went back and found it! chapter 99. she says "but the mysterious death that killed you and i both....we did it to ourselves." I interpreted this as them both dying from malnutrition and stress/work, which is why real world abigail IN PARTICULAR was chosen to reincarnate as abigail. almost as to let her relive her life and save another woman from the same mistake. it makes the story much more sad
