I started reading this and it's good! But is this even romance? I think it's an interesting and engaging story, but it's not a romance story imo. I'm only at chapter 16 though.
I didn't read it. I don't read straitch romance. I knew about it because it is licenced in my country and they said it is romance. Bakaupdates also says it is romance.

Is it possible for manhwa and manga to be translated into English while still somehow expressing whether someone is speaking in informal or formal speech? Or what title they're referring to others with?

It's a guy with red hair and a girl. They were both poor as children and were friends but then they lost contact a bit. They meet again in university. The boy does taekwondo. The girl studies a lot with other girls who also work hard and do well with their grades.
