It goes like this:
The MC is known for being talented with his mouth so people with erectile dysfunction (not sure if that's it) often come to ask him for help. He also claims to top people only. A man overhears these bits of information and approaches the MC in order to be cured of his "impotence". But it turns out the man was lying and only intended to make the MC submit to him.

Holy crap. I realized there are some pages missing on chapter 2 between pages 22 and 23, and on chapter 4 between pages 28 and 29.

The missing pages on chapter 2 involve Saya and his mom talking about the shitty guy from Saya's past. The mom mentions that the shitty guy used to be a boxer and that he's coming back to their neighborhood since he got drunk, got into a fight, and ended up having to quit boxing.
As for the missing pages on chapter 4, they're Saya's full flashback to his past where he was close with the shitty guy, confessed to him, and got put down (an understatement).
So yeah, it just dawned on me that that shitty guy is actually an ex-boxer and still Ogata beat the shit out of him. Ogata is amazing!!
I think the "missing pages" were added when the manga was compiled into an actual volume (since they're usually released first as individual chapters in magazines and these are the ones usually translated by circles) if you know what I mean.
