Well to confuse things even more but also possibly simplify them at the same time I think there's five different types of attraction: sexual, romantic, sensual, erotic and aesthetic. Well considering that in every omegaverse there is a written foreword about how at least some of the females have male presenting genitalia it's not so hard to imagine.
