I first read this manhwa, Keith and Shin reminds me of Lewellyn and Shavonne. Maybe the author have simialr inspiration in their character especially Keith vs Lewellyn. The hair colour is the same too

This manhwa is very toxic but entirely it is just Caesar being damn toxic and cruel. His childhood doesnt justify anything he did. Caesar is a russian mafia which known for being very cruel and you dont mess with them. You could see how Caesar's dad turned him into an animal to the point he has no empathy. He living in survival mode every second bcs everyone wants to kill him even his dad. I am so frstrtaed with Caesae character when he said he loves lee won but a slight mispoke in lee won would turn him very cruel.
Despite that, you can see how Lee won are aware that Caesar is a red flag but he is scared to leave and cause he loves Caesar so bad that he wants to marry him. I tried to justify why the author made Caesar character this way. But Caesar is just a cruel person. What I might see is that Caesar is not in love with Lee won but more like obsession yk. From the beginining, you can see how the author actually made Caesar very cruel when he tried to shoot that child. It just shows you that you dont mess with russian mafia. (Look up news if you dont get it) I think the author maybe try to approach in that direction? I have no idea.
If you cant stand the story just stop reading but its not always dark, skip the smut, and there are funny plot and quite okay too. Not everyone support violence and toxic relationship, this is a very dark mafia manhwa. If you can discern reality and fiction, i dont think its a problem. The author made it clear that he/she created Caesar as a very cruel, no empathy, animal-like instinct for survival. And this russsian mafia trust no one even tho their business partner. There are more mafia or powerful person manhwa that much more worse than this manhwa. And not even mentioning that tjose manhwa have stupid uke too. But Lee won here very much aware of his situation. He know he cant get out of this.

I love dark stuff and red flags/toxic men in fiction. The issue for me was that all the build up was completely thrown out the window with that one scene. It ruined it for me. I loved how toxic and dangerous Caesar was, but that doesn’t mean they had throw in a scene like that. There was no indication of that happening from what I can remember. Of course we knew that Caesar could do fucked up things and that he was obsessive, but they had built up sooooo much tension between the main characters I honestly never saw it coming at all, and I hated it. They resolved phenomenal sexual tension in the worst way possible… it’s just disappointing the author had to rely on that, since it was so good up until that point.
Idk why everyonein the comment section said that Doctor Ai is annoying. I think he didnt want them to meet because hes afraid that Zhishu condition will get worse because based on Jiang attitude during the day he was brought away by the police, i think he will scream at Zhishu and ask for forgiveness. Doctor Ai know this quite well that Zhishu doesnt have much time in the world so he tried to not make him suffer more. He knew, yet does anyone think he wanted to believe that. He is a doctor. In my opinion, he is so caring to the point it become annoying but for me i think that is so normal. It's heartbreaking to even imagine that your loved ones is sick and will gone soon. Knowing the fact, you wanna do everything to make him happy.
I think that's how Doctor Ai felt.

The plot is very confusing!!!! I have no idea what tf is going on anymore. I had my hunches that he's a president/director of some gang. But why is he acting mysterious even with his underlingsss (Lim)
A lot of information is out there but very few to make connections with. It's clear President Yoo is afraid of Panther. Even at the start of the story, saying he got control of Yoo, definitely hinted Panther is someone you dont wanna be messing around with (⊙…⊙ )
AND WE STILL DONT KNOW HIS REAL NAME. HE MUST BE SOMEONE ON TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN IN THE INDUSTRY!!
