This will be pretty vague because I don’t really remember it since it was some time ago, but I have been looking for it for so long. I remember the cover was the main character in between the two other main/love interest characters. It was in this army/government setting, and they were on a land or smth. The first love interest had white hair, and everyone was scared to mess with him. He was like a murdering machine. The second one is more of an “innocent” one but then he shows more of his psychopath and controlling side of the last few episodes I read.
