I read a bit of the webnovel so I know what's coming next. So Yeowoon goes to the hospital and Jigu waits for him all depressed like the idiot he is. Then when Yeowoon gets back Jigu goes all hysterical on him in the elevator like "Why did u not come? Don't u like me?!" and Yeowoon's like "Idk tbh, this is really sudden, I did notice u like me but I can't give you an answer yet, sry...". Jigu then runs of like "U idiot! I hate u!"
Again you guys DID NOT MAKE PLANS IRL!!! Jigu ur fucking delusional, u can't go making up someone likes u and then yell at them when they don't (ok obviously Yeonwoon kinda likes Jigu back already but he has not sorted out his feelings yet)
