in my honest opinion, it's not really good and it's not really bad. just like what the others said, it has a predictable plot. i get it like it's tryna be mysterious and appealing to the readers but i just dont get it. it's more like unsolved or incomplete than a mystery. alright, some parts of the past were unseen and it makes the viewers curious, but instead of giving us a proper explanation with or without a mindblowing twist, we were not given anything to complete the story. i dont care if the seme was the snake, they could've at least done something with it. it has potential but was not executed properly, some concepts were nice tho like a daughter of a shaman fwb or the tattoo, or the ending statement by the seme, and the like, but it's really lacking. i honestly wouldn't mind if they don't end up together, like if the uke got freed from the curse and had a normal life after.
jk my ass is having a hard time with all this coffee talk, i don't even like coffee. well, that's not completely relevant to the story lol. i like this. it's a rather refreshing reincarnation trope. but i got cringe at chapter 29 and 30 like chill what the fuck. as a business major, it's good to be optimistic but damn why is everything so happy and fast at the same time lol
I think it's because stories tend to cut out the scenes of the characters where they actually have failures or when they're working on a project. It's to not bore the readers out. So the story and character development looks like it's going too fast, but in a sense it actually takes up a lot of time in the world inside of the story. (This is kind of the same case as Dr stone where they cut out the failures from the experiments. Most stories with "intellectual mc" actually have similar concerns.
dayum, after reading chapter 10. i was screaming internally at the top of my lungs for him to run!!!!! run as fast as he can... if you were my friend bitch you wont be this timid istg. you deserve better friends. i understand how hard it is to be closeted, to find better friends that u can trully be open with, but the red flag this fucking dick has was redder than satan frfr
THE FUCK ARE THEY GIVING A CHILD A WHOLE ASS RESPONSIBILITY?!?!?! WHEN I WAS 10 YEARS OLD ALL I DO IS CRAZY ASS THINGS THAT I DONT THINK CAREFULLY ABOUT. bitch 10 years fucking old for an investment?!?!?!?!?! yall should invest on playing and be a freaking kid . i mean i understand ellen cause she's 29, but aiden, gosh. No . btw, his parents are the best. like they stop the toxic lineage of family pressure and standards, and how they reconcile is sok
okay i just finished the current chapter, and ngl, erin and aiden are so cute when they've grown and become obsessed with each other. but still, goddamn! after the parents neglect aiden for so long, its fair enough to leave him again with mountain ass responsibilities. let him handle business problems that even adults can barely manage. only send him messages and photos (cause i never saw them appear except for his duke-crowning ceremony). basically after the parents reconcile with each other, they left everything to 10 year olds, fuck themselves—, sorry, retired early, and push all of their responsibilities, jobs, and titles to minors up until theyre adults. dfq. i wouldnt do that even for the money. bitch im 10.
