everything about this is so so so so good. i don't usually read isekais, and i'm afraid i started off too strong LMAO i love every character, they were written SO well. a bit of an unpopular opinion, but the male lead honestly lacked a little personality for me...but he was still a good male lead in general. TOTALLY RECOMMEND
So intense, especially if you can relate to the mangaka. I was in tears by the end of it, and I’m so glad she found her bittersweet peace at the end. Proof that though every child deserves a parent, not every parent deserves a child. My heart goes out for her.

I’m pretty sure our mc created a fake connection with the ml in a past life. It seems like one can artificially connect red strings if they are willing to deal with the consequences. So that second red string is probably the original string he was supposed to have. Also the ml’s bad luck is probably related to whatever consequences remain from the fake red string connection. Though I imagine theres a twist somewhere at the end. Otherwise it would be too easy. Well, we’ll see.
In general I’m not a fan of “fated” pairs, so like the idea that maybe the girl was supposed to be his “true” love but him messing with fate in the past made it not true. Basically in a way he chose who he wanted to fall in love instead of potentially accepting who fate wanted him to fall in love with.
