Yes, they upload automatically from the internet machine translated stuff and also extremely low quality at that, so placeholders are put from the uploaders/scan team to prevent that from happening (and also to avoid having useless notifications for unreadable chapters)
Umm actually what happened and why this got a long hiatus?
I’m pretty sure it was health reasons! I can’t remember if they were really sick or if it was some kind of wrist injury but the artist was out of commission for a while.
