Can someone explain this story to me. I don't understand the panels where Kouki goes over megane- kun's house and then someone is making out on the couch and then something about keeping it a secret...? I don't understand how Kouki's aniki (Aoi? )plays are part in this... like does he love Kouki in THAT way... and then something about Megane-kun's little brother... and I'm just so lost. HELP. Please.
Kouki goes to Mitsuru-san's (megane-kun) house because he is friend with Mitsuru-san's younger brother, Yuzuri.
There are two scenes of making out on the couch. If you're taking about the first one, it's Mitsuru-san kissing Kouki to entice him to keep the secret of him (Mitsuru-san) having gone to the bar from his younger brother, Yuzuru (who is Kouki's friend).
Kouki's aniki does play a part in this, in that for the sake of this story he and Kouki had some falling out and now have an estranged relationship. Kouki's aniki does like him in that way, but knows it's wrong. His story is continued in a sequel series called Yorokobi wa Ude no Naka, where things become a little clearer about Aoi's part in this story and his relationship with his brother (Kouki).
The last part about Mitsuru-san's (megane-kun) brother, Yuzuru, is that since Kouki and Mitsuru got together, sort of behind his (Mitsuru-san) brother's back, Mitsuru-san feels a bit guilty about it. There is also the incident where Kouki, out of jealously for how close Mitsuru-san and Yuzuru are as brothers, spills the secret of Mitsuru-san having gone to the bar to Yuzuru. Their, Kouki and Yuzuru's friendship becomes strained because of this, but they make up later (with Mitsuru-san's help).
Really hope this helped because it's a really good story. I also really suggest checking out the sequel series about Kouki's aniki. It's good. :-)

The kissing on the couch is a flashback of Mitsuru kissing Kouki when he asked him to keep his secret.
I think one of the reasons that the author was able to write something as cute as this is because they have experienced something similar possibly..Also human beings tend to be slightly two sided so..hehe
