God, there are a lot of overused tropes in this and they're all so noticeable. It bugs the living hell out of me, but I'm still going to give it the benefit of the doubt and hope that this turns into something interesting...
What are those tropes?
The plot was really nice and sweet and it was straightforward. I think that the person who wrote this shouldn't just restrict themselves to solely drawing manga, they should consider creating their own series. Unlike a lot of other doujinshis, the art is well drawn, detailed, and overall, pretty quality work
I just read your comment in the feed, and I kind of had a hunch about who this author you were talking about could be, and I was indeed correct. She's the author of Given, a really beautiful manga, which I highly recommend. As far as I know that's the only story of her own she's written so far. Since I honestly just can't bring myself to read doujinshis I don't know about this one or her other works, but you're right, I completely agree with you and I've always wished she'd write other amazing stories in the future.
