I come back to read this from time to time, re reading the little chapters that there are. I wish it was continued so I could express more love for this story. What really shines the most to me is the dynamic between the characters, popular mangaka has all the traits that I love in a character, They have an unconventional kind of understanding and patience— one that shows up when I’m positive most people would walk away, they also just seem to have this unwavering type of kindness towards depressed mangaka but also not allowing him to speak badly of himself being a bit of a relentless defender( which I really liked LOL). I honestly think that depressed and popular mangaka were sortof made for each other in a corny way like peanut butter and jelly or some other cheesy comparison because of the way they are, I think the story would’ve been viewed a bit differently if any of the two characters were tweaked. For example the popular mangaka if his character was just any different perhaps in the way he reacted or responded (like in that scene where he sees that depressed mangaka pissed his bed and he just cleaned it) instead of reacting nicely, he reacted disgusted, I think would make a lot of people uncomfortable (rightfully so), but I haven’t really seen anyone comment on it making them feel that way and I think a lot of it is due to the way the characters are So in my eyes, they’re perfect!
