It's so simple but a lot might miss it. I remember listening to Pein's "cycle of hatred" speech about how humans can't understand each other and revenge in the name of justice will only lead to more vengeance and trigger a cycle of hatred but whatever. At the end he basically asked naruto wat he would do bout it and since Naruto is a kids show so the power of friendship and talk no jutsu won in the.
(Back to AOT)
But I asked myself if I was in such a situation what I would do to PERMANENTLY stop the cycle of the wheel of hatred . Then I remember something from GOT "I don't want to stop the wheel, I want to break it." But how????
Humans will forever beef about something then what Eren did hit me. It's so simple and basic "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" So Eren essentially became the whole worlds enemy so the world would all unite under a mutal need to survive. They all have something they love and want to protect and Erens threatening to destroy it all. To beat him they have to unite and when they do beat him they'll look around and realize that they aren't so different after all and bond over that.
Even if they don't win it's still a win because the cycle is broken either way:
a) Humanity survives by defeating Eren and look past their differences and move forward together
b) Humanity is whipped out , therefore, no humans = no hate

The fact that they really tried to make that disgusting RAPIST (imma call him what he is, he doesn't deserve the "ex" title) redeemable is truly disappointing. They really had me till that point. Now I'm just sick. That RAPIST deserves a painful death and even after death he deserves to burn in pain for eternity. Him and he's rapist friends
Dona is sus and no amount of plot mental gymnastics gray area will convince me otherwise
