It's about like this girl and a wolf who fall off a cliff or get in some kind of accident together and the girl can hear animals talk after and the wolf can turn into a boy. It's not a romance, there might be a romance tag but it's not really present in the story.
I think in one of the chapters a boys dog is dying so the girl talks to the dog to see what she can do to help, but the dog won't accept any help. Later they find out the dog wanted to spend more time with its owner and then it died.
