while this is definitely a pretty realistic ending I wish the author had given us a bit more time to get to see a "changed" Heejae, as what we've seen to now makes it very hard for me to trust that he's being sincere. If he could manipulate Jisuh before how are we supposed to believe that he isn't doing that now?

It just feels like that to me, like Jisuh is too nice and kind to his exes... if they beg and started looking like a lost human then he gives in... he’s giving me anxiety with his sudden turn to forgive him and its only 3-months

the artwork is beautiful but like you gotta really squint to make sense of the entire story in one sitting.
these were all so fascinating? not even for the romance, just conceptually very interesting. I read this on a whim and was very surprised at how good some of these short stories were.

Koogi has trained the audience so well to be suspicious of everything that literally anything good happening has me SO STRESSED OUT and SO SCARED because I KNOW something bad is going to happen
I never wanted to feel sympathy for Sangwoo, but I also don't like how people are so quick to brush off murder as him being traumatized, like that's some kind of justification.
People are raped and abused every day and they don't go on to murder people because of it, and even if they do that doesn't give them a right to. So much of this story has been about the reader seeing the awful things Sangwoo is capable of, and how much he ENJOYS what he does to women. Even if they're a substitution for his mother, he's still a psychopath and still murdered a lot of people.
This is a really thrilling story but I don't think readers have to brush aside how truly abhorrent Sangwoo is to enjoy his character.
